This shop is fantastic! What excellent customer service!! The mechanics in the shop are awesome! They took in our highlander for a check up (we were having some issues) and gave us a very reasonable quote. Noble was our mechanic and did such an amazing job! He communicated well with us and kept us updated on what was happening. He made it such an easy and stressless time for us! When he fixed our Highlander, we got her back and it was like driving a new vehicle! Noble is incredibly knowledgeable about mechanics. He is like a Doctor of vehicles!! We are extremely happy with our experience and will most DEFINITELY be back with all our vehicles!! We felt very cared for and were treated like family. I cannot recommend Those Guys Garage enough!!! 2013 Ram 5.7L Exhaust Manifolds: This is the third time I’m having the broken exhaust manifolds bolts repaired. The dealership did the first two repairs. I decided to change the exhaust manifolds with BD Diesel manifold kit. Those Guys Garage did the job for me. Very polite, transparent and cared to provide an honest service. This is a straight forward shop, with no bs, that i would recommend to anyone. I came in with my car in slow mode expecting massive repairs, the staff took my calls (a lot of them) answering each question or concern and giving me clear estimates broken down with photos and breakdowns / explanations all in a nice convenient online link and why it was needed, nothing in the process felt like I was getting ripped off or pulled along, the shop worked with me to make things as cheap as it could be. They even told me hey this part should be under warrenty and after investigation I found out that it was in fact covered under warranty ( long story short i was told by my original car salesman that it was not and those guys garage told me to go investigate again ) and when I found out it was under warrenty the owners were ecstatic that I didn’t have to pay them a massive bill. They could’ve just said eh that suck here’s the bill. They cared enough to get me my best options with complete honesty and openness throughout the whole process. 10/10 Customer service and attitude, this place is nothing but helpful and wanting whats truly best for their customers. Thank you to the staff for all your hard work and help!!

They Really know their stuff, Shane is great to deal with and made the process simple. They were able to pin point the engine issue with our Lexus and properly fix it. I has been two weeks now and our 18 year old car runs like new.

I have been bringing my vehicles to Those Guys Garage since July 2018. At that time, my 2009 Ford Flex had 275,000 kilometers, and today, it has just under 420,000 kilometers and is still running strong!
I attribute the longevity of my car to the mechanics at Those Guys Garage. Their customer service is exceptional; they are extremely compassionate and always ensure I know which repairs are urgent and which can be delayed when I am short on cash.

Those Guys do very good work and are honest about costs and what is needed for repairs. They are trustworthy.
Excellent service. I had brought them some cheap tires from another dealer and had them mounted. We struggled for hours to get them to mount because they were narrow from being stored on their side. Shawn stayed late and promised to get them mounted. After it was all said and done there was no extra charge other than the standard mounting rates. Even though they had spent 3 hours getting them done just so I could drive my truck home. Also great and thorough for out of province inspections.
An excellent place to take your vehicle!! The technicians are knowledgeable, professional, and very, very thorough. Tracy, the first person you will see, knows her stuff and makes you feel comfortable and is willing to answer any questions that you might have(even silly ones from an old man who knows nothing about cars). It was the best of experiences, and I, and my family, will be back!
Went in with a major oil leak. It was done within two business days. They were in communication with me with text and pictures. I wont take my car anywhere else. Great place. My bill was less then my estimate. LESS!!!!!
